Payment and Insurance
At Milk & Motion, we are committed to making high-quality, integrated lactation and bodywork care accessible to as many families as possible. We are currently in the process of becoming "In-Network" with several major insurance providers in Washington.
We are pleased to announce that we are currently In-Network and accepting:
CHPW (Community Health Plan of Washington)
Wellpoint
Blue Shield of WA
Regence of ID
Asuris
Cigna
We have submitted our applications and are awaiting final approval for the following networks. If you carry these plans, we are currently considered Out-of-Network, but keep checking back as this list is growing!
Aetna
Kaiser Permanente
Molina
Tricare
First Choice Health
Discounted cash pay prices are available. If we are not yet in-network with your specific plan, or if you prefer the privacy and flexibility of self-pay, we offer self-payment at the time of service.
Superbills: For out-of-network and cash pay families, we provide a comprehensive Superbill upon request. You can submit this directly to your insurance company to seek potential reimbursement for your visit.

Services and Packages
At Milk & Motion, appointments are designed to provide comprehensive, clinician-led care for infants and mothers. As a family nurse practitioner and IBCLC, visits may include medical assessment, lactation support, infant bodywork, nervous system regulation, and care coordination — including prescriptions or referrals when clinically indicated.
This integrated model allows families to receive a higher level of care in a single visit, without fragmentation or unnecessary appointments.
80 Minutes
For families who prefer additional time for complex feeding concerns, tongue tie evaluation, birth-related tension, or in-depth education and hands-on care.
The extended consultation allows for a slower pace and deeper support when needed.
50 minutes
Ongoing care to support progress, track weight and growth, refine feeding strategies, continue infant bodywork, and address evolving needs.
Recommended to use over 1-2 months
Five 50-minute visits
Designed for families who benefit from continuity of care over time. Packages support more consistent progress and offer a reduced per-visit investment.
